Frank Granito

For over six decades Frank has called the North Shore of Staten Island his home. Born and raised in New Brighton, he graduated from St. Peter’s Boys High School. Frank is a lifelong parishioner of Assumption Church and currently resides in Sunset Hill. Frank’s father and uncles all served in WWII and the Granitos are the founding members of the Granito-Smith American Legion Post, where Frank is a proud member of the Sons of the Legion.

With over 35 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, he is also a member of the Staten Island Board of Realtors and the NYS Association of Realtors. His years of expertise and people first approach to the business leaves all his clients feeling comfortable and confident whether they are buying or selling property.

Frank one of the most honest and patient agents I contacted them, since the first time and he knows my character, which homes style I’m looking for, my budget, which interesting neighborhoods where I like to live, he keep searching for me and sending me new homes every day, and when I find a house then send it to him, he very quick replies with a lot of information and advice. when he knows I’m coming from Brooklyn and I don’t drive he strongly offers to pick me up from the ferry terminal and drop me off back when we have done the showing, he is always available to show me my desired home and fight for me for the reasonable price. thank you very much.
