Each condominium, co-operative, and homeowners’ association are assigned a dedicated property manager with a variety of skills needed for effective Co-Op, HOA, and Condo management. This property manager will be responsible for all relations with the Board, residents, tenants, and vendors associated with the property. They will be fully integrated into all operations involving the property, and are expected to be accessible for any needs or inquiries. The property manager attends board meetings and shareholders’ meetings, as well as working closely with the building superintendent, who reports to him/her. Property managers are supported by other Gateway Arms Realty staff in the essential technical, operational, accounting and legal specialties including the basic management functions of accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, overall finances, monthly statements and title transfers, prospects, and major capital improvements.
