Colleen began working for Gateway Arms Realty Corp. in November of 2020 as a Sales Office Manager handling sales administration duties as well as marketing for the firm. In April of 2022 she became a licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson and since then has had close to 5.4 million in sales.
A lifelong Staten Islander, Colleen was born and raised on the North Shore of Staten Island and has resided in West Brighton with her husband and 2 daughters for close to 25 years. A graduate of the College of Staten Island, Colleen is a former USPS Letter Carrier, and a former middle school teacher for the Archdiocese of NY. Although she never thought of becoming involved with real estate, it is something she has come to thoroughly enjoy. She enjoys working with both buyers and sellers in every aspect of the transaction and prides herself on the personal connections she has made with each client. Her goal for each transaction, whether representing the buyer or the seller, is to be sure that each one is equally satisfied. Her loyalty, compassion, and her ability to connect to people have always been her greatest strengths and have come to be invaluable in her real estate career.
As a proud Staten Islander, Colleen has strong ties to her community and personal connections to many SI businesses. She is a lifelong parishioner of Blessed Sacrament Church and a longtime member of Hillside Swim Club. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking, reading, traveling, and vacationing on Long Beach Island.
