Gateway Arms real estate professionals match up investors with the right investment, and use their in-depth knowledge and extensive network of contacts to ensure compliance with applicable zoning regulations and secure necessary funding for national retailers and local tenants alike.
Additional specialties in this division are Investment & Property Consultation, Leasing Consultation, Exclusive Landlord/Tenant Representation, & Commercial Ground Leases.
Our Property Management Division provides comprehensive property management services to owners, including 24 hour emergency service, and a staff of managers experienced in the following fields, real estate, appraisors, banking industry, engineering, construction, insurance, plus more. Gateway Arms works closely with each client to create custom management plans for a full range of properties. This division also provides Construction Project Management services.
Our Rental Division is thriving offering the best in apartment house living, especially on the Island’s North Shore.
